Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 5, 2026
1. Before Acceptance or Payment
A customer may withdraw an inquiry before commission acceptance without a cancellation charge.
2. After Deposit
Because each commission is custom and resources may be committed promptly, cancellation after payment is subject to the Refund Policy. Vitola BandWorks may deduct nonrecoverable materials, processing costs, approved outside services, and the value of custom work already completed.
3. How to Cancel
Send a written request to commissions@vitolabandworks.com with the customer name and commission number. Cancellation is effective when acknowledged in writing by Vitola BandWorks.
4. Vitola Cancellation
Vitola BandWorks may cancel or pause a commission for nonpayment, prolonged nonresponse, unsafe or unlawful requests, abusive conduct, material unavailability, misrepresentation, or another legitimate business reason. Any refund due will be determined under the Refund Policy and documented.
5. Completed Work
A cancellation request does not require Vitola BandWorks to transfer unfinished work, proprietary design materials, or materials purchased for another customer. Arrangements for any eligible customer-owned property will be confirmed in writing.
